Nominations must be received in writing and signed by the nominated member (candidate), and the member’s proposer and seconder.
Voting Members are Registered Volunteers of our member Junior Clubs, Registered Volunteers of Seahawks programs & Life Members.
Should a member wish to appoint a proxy the proxy must be lodged with the secretary 14 days prior on the prescribed form. Deadline for proxy’s to be lodged is 12pm Nov 18th 2023. To download a proxy form click here
