We’re excited to announce the return of another Seahawks junior for the 2026 NBL1 North Women’s season, with Jess Boundy signing on for next year.
A product of the Seahawks junior program, Jess’ return is a proud moment for the club and a strong reflection of the pathway we continue to build. After developing through the ranks, she comes back to SeahawkNation ready to make an impact at the NBL1 level and represent her junior club with pride.
“I am super excited to be back at home signed with my junior club and represent this program with pride. I am also looking forward to playing for Brayden, and cannot wait to get to work on court with the girls,” Jess said.
Head Coach Brayden Heslehurst spoke highly of Jess’ versatility and the value she brings to the group.
“Jess is a versatile player who can play multiple positions. She’s a genuine perimeter threat with her ability to shoot the ball and stretch the floor, and she gives us great flexibility with line-ups. She’s a big addition to our roster for 2026,” Heslehurst said.
Jess’ signing continues the Seahawks’ commitment to developing and retaining homegrown talent, while building a competitive and connected roster for the upcoming NBL1 North season.
More signings will be announced in the New Year as we continue to shape the 2026 Seahawks Women’s squad.
