The Coomera Anglican College North Gold Coast Seahawks are excited to announce the signing of WNBL talent Georgia Woolley for the upcoming NBL1 North women's season.
Georgia is coming off her rookie season in the WNBL with the Geelong Venom following a successful college career, which included three seasons an NCAA powerhouse Syracuse University, where she was also the team's captain for her final two years.
"I’m super excited to be joining the Seahawks for the upcoming NBL1 North season. I felt this was the right environment to continue developing my game and competing at a high level," Georgia said.
"My conversations with Coach Brayden Heslehurst gave me a lot of confidence in the direction of the program, and his previous success in building competitive teams made my decision even easier."
