ABOUT THE NEST
North Gold Coast Seahawks Basketball Incorporated (originally the Runaway Bay Basketball Association then Seahawks GC) was formed in 1996 to provide basketball competitions and programs for the northern part of the Gold Coast, at the then new $2.5m Runaway Bay Indoor Sports Centre. In 2017 Seahawks relocated to the $40m Coomera Indoor Sports Centre. Since that time Seahawks Basketball has provided a sporting outlet for thousands of citizens in the northern Gold Coast region.
